Foot-Loose Couture

A set of shoes during London’s Fashion Week 2009, struck my curiosity.  Aminaka Wilmont’s show revealed some very interesting barefoot shoes with a strapped heel, designed by Eelko Moorer.  Turns out not only fashion designers create two sets of fashion lines per season, ready-to-wear and couture, shoe designers also delve into that uber-creative realm.

Now that I have you’re attention, check out some of these other oddly shaped, perhaps not the most practical, yet quite possible alternatives to the outfit you have on today.
