With all the wonderful resources on the world wide web today, it can be easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of it all. That’s where the 2modern blog comes in. We curate all things that are modern, hip, trendy, innovative and cool and bring them to you each week. Whether it’s an incredible building being built halfway across the world or a neat DIY project someone in your home city made for their apartment last week, we showcase only the best and brightest ideas in the world today.

We’ve got over 20 contributors from all over the world and from all walks of life. Some are just design enthusiasts, and others are actually in the field working as architects, interior designers and other design professionals. Together we scour the Internet for topics ranging from architecture, interior design, lighting, furniture, art, kid and baby stuff, sustainable topics and more. We’re constantly on the hunt for what’s just over the horizon so you, too, can be on the cutting edge of the design world.

We relaunched our new design blog in the Fall of 2010 to bring even more great content to our loyal readers, and have set up a great posting schedule with weekly features you can count on like DIY and How-to posts, more great art and artisan profiles and even an interactive Mid-Century Modern designer quiz. The one thing that didn’t change with our redesign is our commitment to being an information resource to our readers and for our readers, meaning we are dedicated to listening to your feedback and opinions on what you like, what you would like to see and even your leads on cool and hip post ideas.
