Air France’s New Aerodynamic Cutlery

Aesthetes have just been given a new reason to fly Air France, thanks to designer Eugeni Quitllet, who’s created this fairly fabulous cutlery design for the airline. Made from injection molded, partially recycled plastic, each piece of cutlery is given an aerodynamic shape which, when slotted into an accompanying ‘wing,’ creates the profile of an airplane. The cutlery set, presented in a kit that can be easily disassembled, was designed with both adults and kids in mind, but we suspect that it’s going to be a bigger hit with kids.
