When a vase photographs this prettily, the flowers may be beside the point. Nevertheless, the diminutive (2.75 inches high) porcelain Fuji vase, designed by Dutch design studio Toer, is meant to draw attention to the flower, not its conical holder. “Because of its low center of mass and relatively wide ground surface, the small vase can prevent its flower from toppling over.” And, we’re told, contains enough internal support to allow a 3 ft. stem to remain erect as well. That’s a pretty tall order for a tiny vase.
