A Massimo Vignelli Reissue
Massimo Vignelli didn’t reserve clean lines and bright colors solely for the iconic New York City subway map he designed in 1972. Just three years later, in 1975, he created a set of simple plastic coffee mugs bearing the same bold graphic sensibilities of his more lauded work. Now, Heller has reintroduced the mugs in a set of six deeply saturated colors, durable, stackable, dishwasher and microwave safe—and looking very much at home in 2013.
