We couldn’t pass up sharing this very clever self-promotional campaign by the Canadian ad agency Rethink. Eager to tout their own creative prowess, the firm came up with the concept of creating a range of table wines bearing labels showing some very famous table designs. “The back of each label includes copy crafted to its particular variety of table, giving potential clients a taste of our personality, philosophy and sense of humor.” Four tables fall into the generic variety—picnic table, ping-pong, poker, folding TV table—but the two that got our attention, needless to say, were these rather specific Noguchi and Saarinen tables.
