Artware Editions has released a curious-looking kitchen implement by the artist Martin Puyear, best known for his wood sculptures. The ergonomic Pan Scraper has a 360-degree rotational blade that allows for more effective scraping without damaging nonstick pans. Puyear drew on his experience with woodworking tools to design this nylon and stainless device, mindful of making it easy to both hold and manipulate.
