Niche Interiors’ Minimal Rincon Hill Condo

Categories: Architecture + Interiors

Want proof that you don’t have to fill a space wall-to-wall with stuff or break the bank trying to create a beautiful, modern home? One only look to the gorgeous San Francisco condo designed by talented Jennifer Jones, owner and principal designer of Niche Interiors. Working with a young, first-time buyer, Niche Interiors took the design cue from the stunning view of the bay, keeping furnishings minimal, but interesting and definitely not sparse.

Because the client was young and wanted a fun bachelor pad, witty art sets a humor-filled tone to the space. A few spectacular key pieces really help anchor the space. Though there aren’t a lot of elements in the rooms, each piece has a lot of detail and interest that extends into the space. Also spotted: TWO fabulous light fixtures found at 2Modern! In the living room are two Artemide Melampo Mini Wall Lights ($375 each) and in the dining room, making quite the impact, is a Kartell FL/Y Transparent Suspension Lamp (only $310!) in orange. See more photos of this amazing and inspiring modern space on the project page on the Niche Interiors website.

What do you think about this modern and minimal space? What’s your favorite element?
