Modern Design Amsterdam: Cheese Factory

Architecture & Interiors

Okay so the name is a…ahem…cheesy, and yes, they do indeed sell a lot of cheese, but we couldn’t believe our eyes when we stumbled across this surprisingly modern interior near the old city center of Amsterdam. They went a little heavy-handed with the whole yellow = cheese concept, but with the big, dramatic cylindrical lights, the soft, yellow-hued wood tones and the modern style, this place is a little inspiring and cheery, don’t you think? We kind of liked how they displayed wine; a potential take-away idea for home storage. You can find more information about the Cheese Factory on their Facebook page.

What do you think about the Cheese Factory’s bright and bold decor?
