An art exhibition in Lyon, France that was just emailed to us and just recently opened is called “Abstractions Anonymes” and was created by the artists collectively known as 404 concept, a collaboration between graphic designer Pierre Coulanges and interior designer Jerome Beguier.
“The exhibition “Abstractions Anonymes” explores the borders between abstraction and figuration. The mural installation, main artwork of the show is composed of a painted wall with suspended elements made from wood and cardboard. This design fits into the gallery as a colorful explosion, which contrasts with the historical architecture of the space. For the spectator an illusion is perceived on the wall, the rotating pieces bring depth and movement to the artwork.”
Looks cool! More information about the show can be found on 4o4 concept’s website. A cool video of them getting the exhibit up, too, can be found on that page. You can find this show at the Galerie Sans Titre in Lyon, France, from October 4th to November 4th.
