Pinterest Contest: Warm & Woodsy

Categories: News + Events + Contests

We LOVE pinning our favorite modern finds on our Pinterest profile! Each week we’ll come up with a theme and ask you to create a board around it. We’ll pick the best board, and the winner will win a prize! Up for grabs this week is a $25 to use at 2Modern and your board getting shown on the blog and social media! This week it’s all about wood. Specifically, your favorite tone of wood. Do you love it blonde like us (see our inspiration in our board Warm & Woodsy)? Do you love it so dark it’s almost black? Do you like a wonderful walnut hue? Or perhaps something golden or maple-y? Fill your board this week with furniture, rooms and accessories that feature your favorite wood color!

Here’s how to pin and win:

  • FOLLOW @2Modern on Pinterest.
  • CREATE a board titled “Warm & Woodsy” and tell us in the description why you love your favorite wood color.
  • PIN PIN PIN! Pin a minimum of 6 (but feel free to pin more!) 2Modern products that you would use in your space. Pin more inspirational items from across the web, and explore the blog for wood inspiration. A minimum of 20 pins required.
  • LABEL your pins with the hashtag #2Modern.
  • EMAIL your finished contest board to blogger@2modern.com (subject line “Pinterest contest”) or LEAVE A LINK in the comments below!

We’ll select the winning board based on creativity and originality. You have until Midnight PST, Tuesday, September 4th to get all your pins pinned and it sent to us! The winner will be notified by email (so be sure to leave us an email address!) and officially announced here on Wednesday, August 29th, 2012.

View our sample board: Black, White and Modern All Over. And good luck! Official rules.
