Just really enjoy the watercolor bird paintings by California’s Bay Area-based Ellen Heck. Simple, modern, abstract but still quite detailed. Soft edges. Interesting compositions. We just really love birds. Though birds don’t seem like the sort of modern subject matter you might see in a modern home, when they are done simply and lovely like this they would make a great addition to a modern home.
