The idiom “the devil is in the details” derives from the earlier phrase, “God is in the detail;” expressing the idea that whatever one does should be done thoroughly; i.e. details are important. This original idiom has been attributed to a number of different individuals, most notably to German-born architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. And I am sure Van der Rohe would appreciate the finishing detail and elegance of the modern dwell house numbers. While I am also sure many contemporary architects would as well.
Each modern house number is made from recycled 3/8″ thick architectural grade aluminum, comes with a brushed finish and clear protective coating that will help withstand extreme weather conditions. They are cut using our own waterjet cutter. Installation hardware, mounting template, and easy-to-follow instructions are also included with every house numbers/letters order. Powder coated vibrant colors and bronze as well as aluminum are available. Custom fonts and orders also available, though I like the ones they already come in.
