Looking for some sweet vintage wares to add a real retro detail or two to your modern home? We’re liking the items available in the Etsy store Cast & Crew. They’ve got a simple catalog of items, from Mid-Century Modern furniture pieces to fox pelts to old technology. Their art direction of their images is also very inspiring. We’ve already spotted a few things we’d like from this store!
Cast & Crew is manned by Jenny and Cody: ”We are quite simply a couple with a craze to find and resurrect pieces of the past. We pursue this pastime as a means of recycling and inspiring our own creativity. Cody’s grandmother, Betty Jane, instilled the ideals of thrift shopping and dumpster diving in him at a young age. I began taking photographs in my youth and found a love for traditional film processing and the darkroom. The two trades merged and a cast appeared on stage (our dining room table) – from there an insistent crew (Cody & myself) gathered round to record each cast member’s role in the performance we are calling Cast & Crew.”
