Ahh Paris! Modern design doesn’t have to just mean sleek lines and sparse interiors. Modern design is absorbing all the influences of time and global spaces and melding them together into something unique, beautiful, show-stopping and wonderful. As seen in a home featured in the latest issue of ELLE DECOR, which is going to be their international issue.
Working with legendary decorator Jacques Grange, who’s known for creating homes for Yves Saint Laurent and Princess Caroline of Monaco, the owner Sabine de Gunzburg and Grange designed a youthful, yet traditional French apartment that mixes family heirlooms with de Gunzburg’s own irreverent designs.

Love this Jacques Grange apartment! An old neighbor of mine had the very same portfolio of Picasso prints, which he’d been given by Picasso’s widow after a somewhat debauched night of reverie.
