David Trubridge 10-15% off lighting sale!

Modern Decor

We must have went through about 100 different title changes on this post. NONE of them seemed good enough to describe the awesomeness that is about to rain onto your life. For the next MONTH (starting today, February 15th until March 14th) you’re gonna get 10% off ANY David Trubridge light. That’s any of the lights you see picture above, any of the lights you can find on the David Trubridge page on 2Modern, any of them! Actually, wait, were sorry. There is ONE exception. David Trubridge’s Floral lights are not 10% off, they’re 15%!!!

New Zealand-based David Trubridge has got to be one of the most amazing contemporary lighting designers working today. His work has a rabid fan base because of its beautiful natural and organic feel but also for the modern/geometric look it sports, too. He’s prolific; he’s constantly coming up with new designs and ideas and he even has some lights that can be used outside.

Need more proof that you have to snatch up a light today?! Dwell just recently featured some of David Trubridge’s lights in a gorgeous Australian modern home. They probably aren’t trying to, but it’s pretty obvious his lights steal the show. See the full Dwell story here. Oh and wanna know more about David Trubridge and his great designs? We got to interview the North American rep John Cook in a great interview.

Those lamps are just plain cool. I can only imagine the amount of time it takes to design the subtle curves and shapes to make each one so appealing. They look especially good when hung in sets.

Oh I LOVE when they are hung as a clustered set. And you’re right, it must take a long time for David to do such gorgeous work. Truly stupendous! And thanks for the comment :)
