Todd Oldham’s Kid Made Modern for Target

Kids & Baby

Todd Oldham…plus art supplies for kids…plus a modern twist? Target, good job! Inspired by his 2009 book full of DIY projects for kids, “Kid Made Modern,” Todd Oldham has teamed up with Target to create a line of art and craft kits for kiddos with modern tastes to let their creativity run wild and enjoy art and craft projects with their friends and parents.

And of course, these fun projects will be accessible and affordable so you can have fun on any budget. Forget the kids, we kind of want some of these kits for ourselves! There looks to be a comic book making kit that was made for us. And there are some amazing faceted crayons that we are definitely going to buy! From Target’s online magazine “A BullsEye View:”

“… Todd teamed up with Target to create Kid Made Modern, a collection of art supplies and activity kits to give kids and parents fun, yet affordable creative design tools, only available at Target. The colorful and thoughtful projects for kids of all ages provides a hands-on form of creative imagination and joy.”

The line will be available through Target starting May 20th. More info. A cool video of Todd explaining Kid Made Modern:

Love, Love, LOVE!!!!! Thank you endlessly for bringing your generous and fun, pure design aesthetic and visual sophistication to the world of kids. As an adult who loves to share great design with kids, I am so grateful.
