So you think you’re pretty good at putting a few things together in a space but you’ve always wanted to know a little more? Or want to have a better idea of what it is that you’re doing in an interior space when you’re doing it? This is a slim little manual to check out. Vinny Lee supposits that there are ten basic principles to interior design; master them and you’ll command the design of any space from here on out.
Each principle holds its own chapter full of powerful photos, text and lots of advice. We like how in this book it seems as if each photo has its own caption that directly relates to the stuff happening in the photo. That’s pretty helpful. Some of these principles? Well “light” is one. “Color” is another. Pattern and Texture seem lumped into another. And at the end there are totally some awesome checklists to take with you when attempting to apply these principles to your own home. Fun!
