This won’t be our first bean bag post on 2Modern (and almost certainly not our last); last month we featured a sphere-shaped bean bag that certainly gave off a fun, kid-like energy for a home. If you’re looking around your space and realizing you probably won’t have enough extra seating for the guests that will surely be filtering into your home later this week but your NOT looking for a kid-like energy, you might want to check out these decidedly more sophisticated and grown up-looking square bean bags.
Are they still bean bags? Yes, technically. But just imagine these in a really awesome neon, modern color. Or a fun, trendy patterned fabric. Wouldn’t that just be grand? And, since they’re square, you could totally stack them in a corner when they’re not being used for a burst of color/quasi-art sculpture. Now, you’ll need to know how to sew for this project, but if you do, check it out. Via The Ochre Elephant.

Oh…well because it’s a DIY project…the size can be anything you want it to be!
