There’s just something so strangely comforting about photographs that aren’t of anything particularly special. Photographs don’t need some fancy, fixed up composition or famous subject matter to arrest the eye or create good art for an interior. These are such amazing photographs by artist Ye Rin Mok. Extraordinarily simple compositions create almost minimalist, abstract photos. Because so little are in the photographs, you’re intensely aware of all the angles and lines that the subject matter creates. The color palettes are interesting and soft and surprising yet familiar. We love it. These would be really nice in a modern home blown up really large. More here.
