We love how the folks of Freshome (where we spotted this beautiful home) describe this architecture: full of voids and volumes that create interesting shapes to the exterior of the space, as well as pretty interesting shapes in the inside. It’s this manipulation of space so deftly that proves that Shaun Lockyer Architects are masters at architecture and understanding that people want interesting homes. We like that they play with your expectations…like in the kitchen and dining room. The same wood material is placed on the floor and on the kitchen island, making the two almost distinguishable and your eye a little confused. Filled with interesting furniture choices, this place is pretty amazing. See more on Freshome.
