Two Spanish architects, Selgas and Cano love to take risks with their modern innovative design, materials and colors. The architects see their vibrant color schemes less radical than the abundant use of grey in todays buildings. They continue “color is simply there; you can not avoid it, because it is the representation of light. We use color fearlessly, and all colors are valid in principal. The final choice depends on multiple factors, such as luminosity, perception, cleanliness, psychology and history.”

Frame magazine, issue of July/August, 2011 has a dedicated part to color under the title ” who’s afraid of colour?.”
