Kristen Cochran’s drawings are a study in subtly. Some of her earlier work is bold and dynamic, with harsh lines and energetic compositions. Her more recent work is softer and more sober — large swaths of solid colors, punctuated with lines that hint at a geometric, architectural nature, but nothing quite so serious. Very beautiful, delicate pieces. More here.
