New (Book) Covers

Man we love to read. But as much as we’ve been told not to do so our whole lives, sometimes we do judge a book by its cover. How many amazing reads have we passed up because of a cover we didn’t like? Too difficult to know. We’re not the only ones in search of good-looking front covers, but we’ve found someone taking the book cover into his own stylish hands.

Matt Roeser, a graphic designer from St. Louis, reimagines some of his favorite older books and some new ones, too. They are fresh, modern, and definitely make us want to see these on a bookshelf. Or on our wall! You can see more covers at his Tumblr New Cover.
