Modern design is all about pushing the boundaries, right? Not in a way that doesn’t make sense or that is trivial, but in ways that elicit emotion, inspire change and keep us on our toes. When we say “outrageous” in terms of fashion and interiors, we don’t mean it negatively.
Yes sometimes the word outrageous implies something that has gone a little too far, but sometimes it stands for things that have gone just far enough. We came across some of the more outrageous looks of the upcoming Spring fashion season, like from designers Frank Sorbier, Jean Paul Gaultier, Stephane Rolland and more. These designs are exciting, wild and inspiring–and pretty much unwearable for most of us.
Can you think of similarly outrageous modern interiors, which, while inspiring, are unlivable for most of us? Why was the space not a place you would be able to live in? We’re curious to know what your design (and fashion) boundaries would be!

Hello,
