Modern Book Corner: Happy Chic Colors
Jonathan Adler certainly didn’t invent bold, bright almost-annoying-but-still-awesome color—but one could definitely say he’s pioneered its use. Always one to share his wealth of interior knowledge with the rest of the world, one of Adler’s recent book title releases proves that color is, well, awesome.
Adler’s Happy Chic Colors was released in November of this year, and as you can see from the cover photo, is bursting with color palettes that aren’t always seen, are hard to imagine and delightfully intriguing.
Do modern design lovers eschew bold colors, or embrace them? We’ll have to go by your comments to know for sure, but if you are afraid of color (whatever your style of home), this might be the book to try. And at only $17.95, it’s perfect to give yourself the gift of color this season, or perhaps stuff the stocking of someone you love (as long as said stocking is book-sized). Find it on his website.
