Cersaie, Bologna

For me, 2010 has been all about visiting trade shows. I don`t think I`ve ever visited so many before, most of them for the very first time. September was a busy busy month, and I flew to Bologna (Italy) to take a look at Cersaie: the biggest bathroom furnishings and tiles trade show. And yes, it is big, Massive! I was overwhelmed to see washbasins, ceramic tiles, bath tubs, showers ans glass mosaics from all around the world, just to name a few of the categories.

The thing is, I always feel a bit deflated to come back home and realize that my bathroom could look so much better.

I love this modern retro feeling, using wood with a hint of colour. Hate to think of the bathroom as a cold space!!
