Two a Tea

Modern Decor

Of all the design trends in the world I could be watching, I seem to be involuntarily drawn to all things tea. Tea bags, tea cups, tea pots, tea cosies, tea parties – if it has to do with tea, I'm all over it.*

Which probably goes a long way to explain my utter obsession with this little slice of tea-nius (say it out loud, I swear it makes sense!) – the Tea Sub by Ototo. Oh yes, a little yellow submarine to cheer up your day and make you a tasty brew. The only downside is that you can't possibly make yourself a cup without making submarine sound effects (why does my submarine sound like the Jetson's car?)

If you have an aversion to obscure Beatles references however, the slightly subversive cuteness of the Heart Mug by Reiko Kaneo might be a little more up your alley. The printed shadow is the perfect touch for tea and coffee lovers alike…or just lovers in general for you Valentine's Day celebratin' folk!

*Why yes, I was drinking tea as I put this post together. Cheers!

Duff, if I had a little tea sub I’d make sure I had some sexy glass mugs to show it off! Even with a normal mug, I think it would be fun to have your own little submarine secret! :D
