Design with CNC

Architecture & Interiors

designed- digitally produced.  In the
design of BanQ, a South Boston restaurant,
Office da has incorporated a system of digital fabrication (CNC) into the
design process.  The CNC fabrication process
adapts to a certain body of materials, encourages ways of interpreting a design
and allows for certain possibilities in a design.  The restaurant design leverages the  capabilities of the CNC technology to develop
a carved out interior space within the plywood ribs.

This is a great design, i find it suitable for a computer workstation desk too.

That’s amazing! How was everything assembled once it was on site?
