Alea Modern Office
Here is another modern office design company that I really like: ALEA OFFICE
Alea was formed in 1972 and are located in Venice with a network of resellers/implementers worldwide.
Many times, companies have tons of lines and never get rid of old ones, making it confusing and cluttered with crummy design. Alea has 6 lines currently:
Zefiro.exe
Zefiro.sys
Galileo
Marcopolo
Teatro
Allbox
Honestly, you could go with any of them and come out looking like a star. I like their craftsmanship, choice of materials, design style and innovative use of color.

The offices look beautiful, but I don't know how usable they would be.

Yes, the offices look beautiful, but why do all the italian lines have really cool but impossible to browse Flash-based websites? Do they make a profit by forcing even a casual browser to purchase a binder or catalog?

I really like the colors they have used, they work so well together. Very nice work.
